What happens if you boil an egg with milk?
Is it healthy/unhealthy? Would it be harmful to experiment itself?

At times I am unable to find some things on search engines. Or I find them with great difficulty. I decided to put such items here. So that I can update things when I find them and it can benefit others. Plus somebody could see it and tell me where to find those things. I have variety of interests and very curious mind. So one can be assured of finding wide gamut of topics here. Hope it helps mutually.
I think few desert receipies should have this process involved

1-1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 qt. thin cream
2 Tb. flour
1 Tb. vanilla
Caramelize 1/2 of the sugar and add the water.
Caramelize 1/2 of the sugar and add the water.
Cook to a sirup. Prepare a custard with the milk, remaining sugar, flour, egg, and salt. Remove from the heat, add the caramel and the cream, strain, add the vanilla, cool, and freeze.
